Historical Collections Librarian and Archivist at the Health Sciences and Human Services Library.
I serve as the department head for the Historical Collections at the HSHSL. Historical Collections contains several rare book collections, including the founding library collection purchased in 1813 from the Dr. John Crawford Estate. In addition to rare books, the collections contains archival materials and records of the University of Maryland, Baltimore including meeting minutes, yearbooks, course catalogs, and faculty papers. The department is instrumental in collecting the history and telling the story of the University of Maryland, Baltimore.
