Digital Sign Submission Guidelines

The HS/HSL digital sign is a tool used to communicate news, events and information relevant to the University of Maryland, Baltimore community. The Health Sciences and Humans Services Library encourages faculty, staff, and students to use the sign to communicate to a wide audience.

We recommend your digital signage images include your school/organization branding to represent your affiliation. For examples of acceptable branding, please check with your school or development department.

Create a sign with PhotoShop or other imaging program with the following specifications:
- Slide Dimensions: 1920 x 1080 pixels
- Submissions must be in a JPEG format. PDF files will not be accepted.
Submit your ads using the online submission form.

Ads are limited to a two week run. All submissions are subject to editorial review. Every effort will be made to post submissions within 24 hours. You will be notified if there is a problem with your submission.
