Loansome Doc Provider Information Fact Sheet

Thank you for considering the University of Maryland Health Sciences and Human Services Library (HS/HSL) to serve as your supplier for photocopies of journal

To activate our service, complete and mail or fax back the application form.
You may begin requesting articles as soon as we receive your completed application.

Please note: when you configure Loansome Doc on the PubMed/IGM registration form, you must enter the HS/HSL Library ID, which we will supply upon
receiving your completed application.
