Thanks to an RML award, MAC will be hosting a technology symposium. Join Bart Ragon, Michelle Kraft, and Max Anderson in a discussion of Web 2.0 technologies and their use in the library environment. Topics will include Podcasting, RSS feeds, Folksonomies, Mashups, Flickr, Social Networking and collaborative internet tools. A question and answer session will be included: bring your questions to ask the experts!
A roundtable luncheon with technology-oriented discussions (along with more traditional offerings) will follow the presentation portion of the symposium, and we will wrap up the day with technology-oriented poster presentations. |
