Computing and Technology Services (CATS)

Computing and Technology Services (CATS), a division of library administration, provides the following library services:

Support for the Research and Information Commons which provides 39 computers with access to the HS/HSL's online catalog, E-reserve, databases, Internet access, FTP, Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access). 15 computers are designated for database searching only. The Pay for Print system includes four HP laser printers.

Maintaining the graphics equipment in the Commons Area which has two flat bed scanners, Adobe Photoshop and OCR software, 100MB Zip drive for large files, and a HP DeskJet color printer.
Provides hardware, software, network support and training for the staff of the Health Sciences and Human Services Library.
