Free Friday Spinning Classes
The University Athletic Center (UAC) is offering two FREE Friday "Happy Hour Spin" classes this month. The classes will be held on April 13th and April 20th from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. UMB Benefits Fair: April 23, 2007
The UMB faculty and staff Benefits Fair will be held on Monday, April 23rd, from 10 am to 2 pm in the Medical School Teaching Facility Atrium at 685 West Baltimore Street. Explore your health care options and compare available plans. Vendors will be present to answer your questions and distribute informational pamphlets and promotional freebies.
This year's Open Enrollment dates are May 1 through May 13, 2007.
Health Fair: April 12, 2007
The Athletic Center will be hosting the annual Spring Health Fair on Thursday, April 12th, from 11 am to 2 pm in the Medical School Teaching Facility Atrium at 685 West Baltimore Street. This free event will feature informational tables with free give-aways, health and wellness screenings, and free seated massages.
