Diggs Johnson Middle School Urban Art Exhibit

Students have been asked to create a piece of art based on Keith Haring’s style that expresses an urban scene. The use of contours and iconic shapes with the very simple basic colors is typical of Keith Haring’s work.

The painting above shows a child with a bouquet of balloons floating away in the clouds.
