Who needs a Corporate Membership?
- A non-library business or organization interested in checking out books from our collection or requesting research services needs to be a corporate member. Benefits of a Corporate Membership include the ability to allow anyone in your organization access to the book collection by using one of the two corporate cards provided. You may also request articles using our online Article Express service at a discounted rate.
As a Corporate Member can I send an employee or courier to pick up books for my company?
- Yes, for a fee of $6 per item billed monthly to your account you can make a request for the Library staff to locate materials and have them ready at the Circulation Desk for a courier to pick-up on your behalf.
How long does the membership last and how do I renew?
- The Corporate Membership is good for one year and can be renewed by filling out the renewal form. Cost information
We are billing back clients and need a detailed bill for our records. Can you provide this?
- A Corporate Membership entitles the member to detailed billing for all services and articles requested. Billing is monthly and can be paid by check or credit card.
Do I need a Corporate Membership to visit your Library?
- No, any member of the public may enter the library with a valid photo I.D. such as a driver’s license.
When should I use my membership card/barcode?
- With a Corporate Membership you can use your membership barcode to view additional resources on-site, check out books or gain access to the library during extended hours. You can also renew your books online or electronically request copies of journal articles available in our collection for a reduced fee of $8 per article.
Who is responsible for overdue fines on a Corporate Membership?
- The company is responsible for lost books and overdue fines. Individual accounts require a photo I.D. and the borrower is responsible for all fines and fees that accrue on the account.

How do I add another person to our Corporate Account and what is the cost?
- A corporate card can be used by anyone in your company. You are provided two cards with your membership. Additional cards may be purchased for $100 each.
