Bio

Following graduation from Denison University, Kristen received her Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh. During her graduate work, she served as an intern at the Falk Medical Library at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

As the Liaison to the School of Nursing, Kristen provides information services to the faculty, staff, and students through teaching, consultation, and purchasing materials for the library collection.

Professional Activities

• Her areas of interest are: exceeding the informational needs of health professionals and healthcare consumers, information literacy, and evidence-based resources.
