Dr. Jean Jeudy is a nationally known Board-certified radiologist trained in cardiovascular and pulmonary imaging.
He received his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland at College Park and his medical training at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Following his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, N.Y., he returned to the University for a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Imaging and a mini fellowship at the National Institutes of Health for Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). He joined the faculty in the University of Maryland's Department of Radiology in 2005. His clinical interests include cardiac CT and MRI, interstitial lung disease, and functional imaging of pulmonary disease.
In addition to his radiology interests, Dr. Jeudy has had an integral part in implementation of medical informatics, in particular, the application of Web 2.0 and disruptive technologies towards innovating medical education. He is co-chair for the University of Maryland's iTunes University initiative working to extend innovative approaches to extending education and technology. |
